We prioritize organizations in the Western New York and Greater Boston, MA areas, serving students with limited access to outdoor experiences. If you're not sure you qualify, reach out — we're happy to talk it through.

How it works
01Apply
Submit at least 3 months before your trip. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
02Review
Reviewed monthly. Submit before the 25th to be considered that month.
03Hear back
Decisions typically come within 2–3 weeks, sent to the contact in your application.
04Get funded
A single upfront payment before your trip — so you can focus on the adventure.

Yes. You can shift the date within 6 months of the original. Coordinate with your destination and notify the Fund. Changes don't increase your grant amount.

Yes, but the grant amount won't increase. If the change is significant, you may need to withdraw and submit a new application.
